WCKA Fight Night 2011 The WCKA Fight Night 2011 was the best Fight Night to date. Known as the WCKA 'Best of the Best' Fight Night, so many fights had the excitement you usually witness at World Championships. TheWCKA Superfit Squad travelled to Karlsruhe, Germany 21st - 28thAugust for the2011 WKA World Kickboxing Karate Championships. The squadhad competitorsin Continuous Fighting, Points Fighting and Traditional Karate Kumite. Bill 'Superfoot' Wallace Kickboxing Legend Film Star Mr Wallace came to Pentrehafod Sports Centre in Swansea and gave the WCKA students a truly memorable session, specialising in Stretching, Fighting Distance and Kicks (Side Kick, HookKick and Roundhouse Kick). The WCKA held their first Interclub competition of 2011 in Gorseinon, Swansea in January. Instructors from all clubs attended and it was the biggest Interclub yet. With 37 Referees Judges running the areas, the competitors were not left waiting too long between fights. What a great day at SW Jet Ski Club in Port Talbot. WCKA members enjoyed high speed rides for hours around the lake - even if they did get wet!
